临床药理学为研究人体与药物之间相互作用和规律的一门学科。其研究内容包括人体药效学,药动学(特别为TDM,即临床治疗血药监测)毒理学,新药临床试验,药物相互作用。 1954年,美国Hopkins大学建立第一个临床药理室。我国1980年北医临床药理所成立,我省近年也成立了医大临床药理所,及省药物不良反应中心,很多医院有了“临床药学”工作者。
Clinical pharmacology is a discipline that studies the interaction and regularity between human body and medicine. Its research includes human pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics (especially TDM, clinical monitoring of blood drug monitoring) toxicology, new drug clinical trials, drug interactions. In 1954, Hopkins University, the United States to establish the first clinical pharmacology room. In 1980, we established the Beijing Institute of Clinical Pharmacology. In recent years, we also established the Clinical Pharmacology Institute of Medical University and the Provincial Adverse Drug Reaction Center. Many hospitals have “clinical pharmacy” workers.
