伴随着我国依法治国方略的逐步确立和普通百姓司法需求的不断激增,基层法院法官肩负的审执任务不断加重,责任亦更加重大,这就对法官的职业素养和司法能力提出了更高的要求。研究基层法院法官职业化,是实现司法公正与效率的客观要求,是基层法院改革和发展的内在动力。本文通过文献调研、实地考察、理论分析等方式研究地方法官职业化的可行性,论证推进我国法官职业化建设的举措。 With the gradual establishment of the strategy of governing the country according to law and the constant increase in the judicial demand of the ordinary people, judges in the grassroots courts are increasingly facing the task of examining and increasing their responsibilities. This puts forward higher requirements on the professionalism and judicial capacity of the judges . Studying the professionalization of grass-roots court judges is an objective requirement to realize justice and efficiency of the judiciary and is the intrinsic motive force for the reform and development of the grass-roots court. This article studies the feasibility of the professionalization of local judges through literature research, field investigation and theoretical analysis, and demonstrates the measures to promote the professionalization of Chinese judges.
