正常组织的损伤效应是施以放射治疗(放疗)的代价。即使这种治疗是成功的也必须考虑因辐射效应所致的影响。因此,在临床放疗中,权衡正常组织的损伤效应是确定肿瘤治疗剂量的限制因素。了解正常组织在放疗前后的细胞遗传学动态变化,为判断放疗效果及正常组织对放射反应的定量测定,提供了一组更加敏感的观察指标。鉴于外周血淋巴细胞染色体对辐射损伤具有较高的敏感性,且易于取材分析,我们对已确定了放疗方案的实体瘤患者23例,进行了外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析。
The damage effect of normal tissue is the cost of radiation therapy (radiotherapy). Even if this treatment is successful, it must consider the effects of radiation effects. To understand the dynamic changes of normal cells before and after radiotherapy, to provide a set of more sensitive observation indicators for judging the effect of radiotherapy and normal tissue for the quantitative determination of radiation response. In view of the high sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosomes to radiation damage and the ease of material analysis, we analyzed the peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosomal aberrations in 23 patients with solid tumors that had been identified for radiotherapy.
