吴家庄水库位于山西省长治市黎城县境内浊漳河干流上，是浊漳河山西境内最后一个控制性工程．吴家庄水库总库容3．61亿m3，是一座以工农业供水为主，兼顾发电和水产养殖的综合性大型水库．在此就兴建吴家庄水库，走可持续发展道路需关注的几个问题进行初步探讨，指出对浊漳河进行水污染治理是水库发挥正常功能的必要条件，是吴家庄水库可持续发展的关键问题，也是长治地区能否可持续发展的关键所在；还指出建设好黎城县的农业生态系统是保证吴家庄水库农业用水效益，走可持续发展道路的一个基础条件；只有搞好库周区的生态环境保护和上游水土保持，特别是北源的水土保持工作，才能保障水库长远发挥效益；提出兴建右岸抽水蓄能电站是主要的后续手段，
Wujiazhuang Reservoir is located in the mainstream of the Zhuzhang River in Li Cheng County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. It is the last controlled project of the Zhuozhang River in Shanxi Province. Wuji Zhuang Reservoir total storage capacity of 361 million m3, is a water supply mainly to agriculture and industry, taking into account the power generation and aquaculture integrated large reservoirs. Here we discuss some issues needing attention in the construction of Wujiazhuang Reservoir and follow the road of sustainable development. It is pointed out that water pollution control of Zhuozhang River is a necessary condition for reservoirs to play their normal functions and is a key issue for the sustainable development of Wujiazhuang Reservoir. But also the key to the sustainable development of Changzhi area; also pointed out that the construction of Li Chengxian agroecosystem is to ensure the efficiency of agricultural water use in Wujiazhuang Reservoir, take the road to sustainable development a basic condition; only in a good ecological environment Kuqu Protection and upstream soil and water conservation, especially the north source of soil and water conservation work in order to protect the long-term reservoir effectiveness; proposed right bank pumped storage power station is the main follow-up means,
