醋酐是一种重要的有机化工原料,化学性质非常活泼,主要用于制造醋酸纤维素。此外它还可用作医药、染料、香料、漂白剂、乙酰化剂、脱水剂和聚合反应的引发剂等,用途十分广泛。目前,醋酐的工业生产方法主要有乙醛氧化联产法、醋酸裂解法和醋酸甲酯羰基合成法3种。其中醋酸裂解法是目前国内外最主要的生产方法,乙醛氧化联产法正在逐渐被淘汰,醋酸甲酯羰基合成法是醋酐工业生产今后的主要发展方向。
Acetic anhydride is an important organic chemical raw materials, chemical properties are very lively, mainly for the manufacture of cellulose acetate. In addition it can be used as medicine, dyes, spices, bleach, acetylating agent, dehydrating agent and polymerization initiator, a wide range of uses. At present, the industrial production of acetic anhydride mainly acetaldehyde oxidation co-production method, acetic acid cracking method and methyl acetate carbonyl synthesis of three kinds. Acetic acid pyrolysis method is the most important production method at home and abroad. Acetaldehyde oxidation co-production method is gradually being eliminated. Methyl acetate carbonyl synthesis method is the main development direction of acetic anhydride industrial production in the future.
