随着医学发展,女性肿瘤患者生存期限延长,这部分人的生育问题成为医务人员关注的热点。对于肿瘤的治疗如放疗、化疗会显著影响卵巢功能甚至导致卵巢功能衰竭。卵母细胞冻存因其所用时间短、花费低,不受月经周期限制,对患者身体各方面影响小及相对安全等优势,受到临床工作者的关注。综述卵母细胞及卵泡获取前的预处理、卵母细胞及卵泡的具体获取方式、未成熟卵母细胞体外培养成熟(in-vitro maturation,IVM)的培养系统及培养液成分、卵母细胞冷冻等内容,为此项技术的临床应用提供参考。
