该文采用规范和实证相结合的研究方法,探讨了基于循环经济的区域新型工业化产业结构与布局若干问题。该文认为广义新型工业化应包括新型工业化布局,循环经济促进新型工业化的产业融合和产业结构高级化;将循环经济分成五种主要模式,以三大地带为例,探讨了我国的产业转移模式。最后,文章探讨了生态工业地域结构类型即生态工业点、生态工业区、生态工业枢纽、生态工业地区和生态工业地带。
This article uses the research methods of combining normative and empirical research to discuss some problems of the new industrialization industrial structure and layout in the region based on circular economy. This paper argues that generalized new type of industrialization should include the new industrialization layout, circular economy promotes the industrial integration of new-typed industrialization and the high-level industrial structure. The circular economy is divided into five main modes. Taking the three major belts as an example, the mode of industrial transfer in our country is discussed. Finally, the paper discusses the types of eco-industrial regional structure namely eco-industrial point, eco-industrial zone, eco-industrial hub, eco-industrial zone and eco-industrial zone.
