人类已迈入21世纪,全球开始迎来一个服务经济的全新时代。伴随着服务经济的惊涛拍岸,我国民航进入了一个超优势竞争的发展时期,面临着服务质量上新台阶、服务品牌更新换代、服务员工新老交替、服务竞争日趋激烈战略形势。在民航企业集团中运用全新竞争方法、构筑全新发展优势,是市场经济的必然要求,也是民航发展的战略需要,同时又是对几十年来一直在国家指令性计划下运行的我国民航企业的一次严峻的挑战。
