随着我国教育的不断发展,新时期高中班主任管理工作不仅仅是管理好高中生的日常学习,还包括管理协助高中生全面发展自身综合素质,培养学生形成积极的人生观、价值观。本文笔者结合自身经验,首先分析总结新时期高中班主任管理工作所面临的主要难题,并提出相关管理策略,提高高中班主任管理工作质量。
With the constant development of education in our country, the management of senior high school teachers in the new period not only manages the daily study of senior high school students, but also includes the management to assist senior high school students to develop their overall quality in an all-round way and cultivate students to form a positive outlook on life and values. Based on my own experience, the author first analyzes and summarizes the main problems faced by the management of senior middle school teachers in the new era, and puts forward relevant management strategies to improve the quality of senior middle school teacher management.
