基于一种五轴联动数控磨削机床,建立考虑蜗杆砂轮安装误差的真实齿面方程,研究含误差的真实面齿轮齿面和小齿轮齿面轮齿接触分析(TCA分析),得到面齿轮副齿面接触点轨迹求解方法,TCA分析表明:1切向线性位置误差和轴向线性位置误差会导致齿面沿齿宽和齿高方向发生偏移,而接触点轨迹在齿长方向出现较大偏移。2偏摆角误差导致齿面沿齿长方向发生倾斜,而接触点轨迹沿齿长方向出现较大偏移和倾斜;俯仰角误差会导致齿面沿齿高方向发生旋转,接触点轨迹也同时出现旋转。3面齿轮副齿面接触点轨迹对4项砂轮安装误差都较为敏感。研究为面齿轮设计和制造中的误差溯源以及真实齿面接触分析提供理论参考。
