胃肠双重造影的特殊价值,在于能观察胃肠组织的微细解剖结构,并可发现早期病变,如早期胃癌及微小溃疡等。但所用钡剂质量要求较高,其具体指标要求: 一、高浓度:一般临床使用钡剂浓度含量在100％(W/V)以上,高者可达180％(W/V)的浓度。 二、低粘度:100％(W/V)的钡剂其粘度在20厘泊以下。 三、颗粒细:颗粒直径要求在0.5～1.5μm。 四、稳定性好:钡剂遇胃液、酸液及产气粉等时,不发生明显的增稠及凝聚。
