运用均匀磁化理论,对磁鼓环状弧形磁极进行数值分析,给出了磁鼓磁层厚度、鼓体大小对空间磁场大小影响的数值结论,认为理想的磁层厚度为Δr=1.6λ.对于相同磁极数和相同磁层厚度的磁鼓,增大磁鼓的半径会提高磁鼓外部场强,这种提高与半径的增大几乎是同步的.设计了不同分辨率情况下的多极磁鼓.理论分析结果与实验结果符合较好
Using the theory of uniform magnetization, the numerical analysis of the circular arc magnetic pole of the drum is given. The numerical conclusion about the influence of the thickness of the magnetic drum and the size of the drum on the magnetic field is given. The ideal magnetic layer thickness is Δr = 1.6λ . For a drum with the same number of poles and the same thickness of the magnetic layer, increasing the radius of the drum increases the field strength outside the drum, and this increase is nearly synchronous with the increase in radius.
