技术日本石川县北陆先端科学技术大学研究生院下田达也教授领导的研究小组,成功研制出一种以在玻璃板涂抹液态硅薄膜烧结制成太阳能电池的方法。与以往制造太阳能电池的方法相比,该方法的制造成本大大下降,有可能在几年之内实现量产,具体方法是:把硅溶解于有机溶剂,滴在玻璃板上,转动玻璃板使之分布均匀,形成硅质薄膜,再以400。C的高温使其凝固,制成薄膜太阳能电池。
