宝钢3号高炉(4350m~3)于1994年9月20日投产后,因设备故障频繁、冷却系统存在缺陷以及操作参数的调整与生产条件不相适应等,炉况长期不稳。1997年6～9月,通过采取调整布料档位、合理扩大矿石批重、控制鼓风动能、测试并调整基准料线以及稳定高煤比操作等,高炉边缘气流得到适当发展,煤气流分布更加合理,炉况变得稳定顺行,消除了炉温波动现象,高炉各项技术经济指标改善。1997年9～11月,高炉焦比为315.7kg/t,煤比达145.6kg/t,利用系数达1.834。
After Baosteel No.3 blast furnace (4350m ~ 3) was put into operation on September 20, 1994, due to frequent equipment failures, defects in the cooling system, and adjustment of operating parameters that are not compatible with production conditions, the furnace condition is unstable over a long period of time.
