水渣转鼓是CISDI转鼓法水渣工艺的核心设备。为使其受载均匀确保设备长寿。通过对渣水混合物从水渣槽流出在转鼓内轴向分流的过程的相关研究,并建立相应数学模型,利用Fluent软件对不同条件的渣水混合物在转鼓内的流量分配进行计算分析;研究结果表明,通过对分配器的设计改进来有效改善转鼓的受载。生产实践证明本计算办法,完全可以为水渣系统中水渣槽和分配器的工程设计提供定量的参考依据。
The water drum is the core equipment of the CISDI drum method slag process. In order to make it evenly loaded to ensure long life equipment. Through the research on the process of the axial flow shunting of the residue mixture from the dross tank in the tundish and establishing the corresponding mathematical model, the flow distribution of the slag water mixture under different conditions in the tundish is calculated and analyzed by Fluent software; The results show that the design of the distributor can effectively improve the loading of the drum. Production practice has proved that this calculation method can completely provide a quantitative reference for the engineering design of the slag tank and distributor in the slag system.
