目的探讨中专新生师生关系特点及其与学校适应性的关系。方法以306名中专新生作为调查对象,采用师生关系问卷和学校适应性行为量表进行测查,收回有效问卷290份。结果中专男新生在冲突性、依恋性、亲密性与回避性4个维度上得分显著高于女新生;城市中专新生在依恋性、亲密性与回避性3个维度上得分显著高于农村中专新生;除冲突性与人际技能、学业技能、社会能力总分;依恋性与人际技能、敌意-易怒、苛求-破坏以及回避性与苛求-破坏相关不显著外,师生关系与学校适应性相关显著;师生关系各维度对学校适应性有显著的预测作用。结论良好的师生关系有利于促进中专新生的学校适应性。
Objective To explore the relationship between teacher-student relationship and its relationship with school adaptability of freshmen in secondary school. Methods A total of 306 secondary freshmen were selected as research objects. The teacher-student relationship questionnaire and school adaptive behavior questionnaire were used to investigate and recover 290 valid questionnaires. Results Male secondary freshmen got higher scores in conflict, attachment, intimacy and avoidance than freshmen in the four dimensions.
