把握农产品加工需求推动农产品产地初加工发展——第一届全国农产品产地初加工学术研讨会顺利举行

农产品产地初加工,从农业生产过程看,是产后延伸环节,也是最后一道工序;从农产品加工生产过程看,又是第一道工序。它是农业生产和工业化加工之间的接续产业,一方面关系着农产品增值、农民增收的实现,另一方面也关系着农产品质量安全、消费者利益和加工企业降本增效的实现。研究农产品产地初加工既是解决农业产业面临重大问题的基础,也是推动农产品加工业健康发展的重要保障。为了加强学术交流,提升我国农产品产地初加工技术装备水平,展示相关科研成果,推动技术进步和产业的发展,由农业部规划设计研究院主办,农业部规划设计研究院农副产品加工研究所、《农业工程学报》编委会共同组织召开“全国农产品产地初加工学术研讨会”。研讨会围绕农产品产后清选分级、烘干、预冷、储藏、保鲜、包装、商品化处理及其它初加工过程等领域,开展研讨与交流,并为企业、厂商提供科技合作平台。 The first processing of agricultural products origin, from the agricultural production process, is an extension of post-partum links, but also the last one; from the perspective of agricultural products processing and production, but also the first process. It is a successor industry between agricultural production and industrialization. On the one hand, it relates to the realization of the added value of agricultural products and the increase of peasants’ income. On the other hand, it is also related to the realization of the quality and safety of agricultural products, the interests of consumers and the cost reduction and efficiency of processing enterprises. Studying the initial processing of the origin of agricultural products is not only the basis for solving the major problems that the agricultural industry is facing, but also the important guarantee for promoting the healthy development of the agricultural products processing industry. In order to strengthen academic exchange, enhance the level of primary processing technology and equipment in China’s agricultural products origin, display relevant scientific research results, and promote technological progress and industrial development, the Ministry of Agriculture, Planning, Design and Research Institute, Ministry of Agriculture Planning and Design Institute of Agricultural and Sideline Products Processing Institute, Agricultural Engineering Journal “editorial board jointly organized ” national agricultural products origin processing seminar ". The symposium conducted discussions and exchanges on areas such as grading, drying, pre-cooling, storage, preservation, packaging, commercialization and other preliminary processing of post-harvest production of agricultural products, and provided scientific and technological cooperation platforms for enterprises and manufacturers.
