中华人民共和国国务院令第404号《兽药管理条例》已于2004年3月24日国务院第45次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2004年11月1日起施行。第五章兽药进出口第三十二条首次向中国出口的兽药,由出口方驻中国境内的办事机构或者其委托的中国境内代理机构向国务院兽医行政管理部门申请注册,并提交下列资料和物品:(一)生产企业所在国家(地区)兽药管理部门批准生产、销售的证明文件;(二)生产企业所在国家(地区)兽药管理部门颁发的符合兽药生产质量管理规范的证明文件;
The Order No. 404 of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs was passed at the 45th executive meeting of the State Council on March 24, 2004, and is hereby promulgated, with effect from November 1, 2004. Chapter V Import and Export of Veterinary Drugs Article 32 For the first time veterinary drugs exported to China shall be registered with the veterinary administrative department of the State Council by the agency of the exporter’s office in China or the agency within China entrusted by the exporter and submit the following materials and articles (1) the documents proving the approval of the veterinary drug administration of the country (or region) where the manufacturer is located for the manufacture or sale of the veterinary drug; (2) the certification documents issued by the veterinary drug administration of the country (or region) where the manufacturer is located that conform to the quality control regulations for veterinary drug production;
