为解决野外施工现场数据采集系统中数据传输问题 ,对数据采集系统中闪速固态盘系统进行了研制。固态盘系统采用 ATMEL公司的 AT89C5 1微控制器 ,选用闪速存储器 (Flash Memory) AT2 9C0 40作为存储器件 ,并根据数据采集装置和 PC机数据流量的特点设计了 RS- 2 32串行接口和 EPP(Enhanced Paralell Port)并行接口。对系统的总体设计思想及闪速存储器的特点作了阐述。系统具有存储数据容量大 ,体积小 ,功耗低 ,数据保存安全可靠等特点。
In order to solve the problem of data transmission in field construction field data acquisition system, the flash solid state disk system in data acquisition system was developed. The solid state disk system adopts ATMEL Corporation AT89C51 microcontroller, selects Flash Memory AT2 9C0 40 as the memory device, and designs the RS-2 32 serial interface according to the data acquisition device and the PC data flow characteristic EPP (Enhanced Paralell Port) parallel interface. The overall design of the system and the characteristics of flash memory are described. System has a large storage capacity, small size, low power consumption, data security and reliability.
