立足企业满意度视角,以XX职业技术学院为例,通过对其科技合作企业的调查,发现目前高职院校存在“科研实力弱、服务主动性差、沟通交流效果坏、技术服务响应速度慢”等问题;在分析这些问题产生根由的基础上,提出高职院校要从改变观念、内引外联和政策激励三个方面改进现有科技服务管理工作。
Based on the perspective of enterprise satisfaction, taking XX Vocational and Technical College as an example, through the investigation of its science and technology cooperation enterprises, it is found that the current higher vocational colleges have "weak scientific research ability, poor service initiative, bad communication and communication effects, slow response speed of technical services On the basis of analyzing the root causes of these problems, this paper puts forward that the higher vocational colleges should improve the existing S & T service management from the following three aspects: changing their concepts, promoting internal links and encouraging policies.
