云南省宣威县农村肺癌高发,经调查认为可能与家庭燃煤造成室内空气污染有关,为了探讨燃煤与肺癌发生的关系,我们曾对当地煤烟尘提取物的致癌性进行了动物实验。本文从病理学方面对所诱发的小鼠肺部肿瘤进行分析。一、材料与方法煤烟尘提取物(简称提取物)是家庭烟囟内的烟尘经过过筛、提取、浓缩制成膏状,1克平均含2毫克苯并[a]芘(简称B(a)P),还含有一定量的苯并[a]蒽等多种成分。
The high incidence of lung cancer in rural Xuanwei County, Yunnan Province, is considered to be related to indoor air pollution caused by coal burning in households. To investigate the relationship between coal burning and lung cancer, we conducted animal experiments on the carcinogenicity of local coal smoke dust extracts. This article analyzes the lung tumors that are induced in mice from pathological aspects.
