Behcet综合征合并肾、血管,消化道等病变有不少报道,但对合并肺部病变的报道却少见。1976年以前全世界仅报道12例,1978年以后就所能查获的文献,国内尚未见报道。现将本院收治的一例白塞氏综合征肺部受累报告如下。 罗某,男性,30岁,已婚。十年前,不明原因阴囊起一绿豆大小脓疮,形成溃疡,疼痛明显;随后口腔粘膜也出现同样溃疡,进食困难,约7—10天自行愈合。此后,阴囊及口腔溃疡反复发作,时轻时重。1980年开始针刺部位出现毛囊炎样脓疮,多在2—4天消退。近四个月来,反复出现恶寒、高热,每天发作1 Behcet syndrome with renal, vascular, gastrointestinal and other lesions have many reports, but the report of the merger of lung lesions are rare.
