回顾性分析258个冻融胚胎移植(F-ET)周期的临床资料及实验室资料,按冷冻载体的不同分为封闭式冷冻载体(cryoleaf)组和开放式冷冻载体(cryotop)组,分析两组间的胚胎复苏情况及移植结局之间的差异。结果显示,使用cry-oleaf为冷冻载体与使用cryotop为冷冻载体的冻融胚胎复苏率、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、种植率、继续妊娠率和活产率之间差异无统计学意义。表明cryoleaf能安全有效地冷冻保存人类胚胎。
The clinical data and laboratory data of 258 cycles of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (F-ET) were retrospectively analyzed. According to the cryoadhesion, cryoeaf group and cryotop group were divided into two groups. Differences between groups in embryo resuscitation and graft outcome. The results showed that there was no significant difference in resuscitation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, continued pregnancy rate and live birth rate between cry-oleaf cryopreserved cryopreserved cryopreserved cryopreserved embryos. Cryoleaf can safely and effectively cryopreserved human embryos.
