元认知策略是通过学习者对认知过程进行自我反省、控制和评价的一种学习方法,是自主学习的重要组成部分,特别是对以自主探究为主的广播电视大学(以下简称电大)的教学有很好的适用性。本文主要探讨了元认知策略在电大英语听力教学的应用,首先界定了元认知策略的概念,同时对电大英语听力教学中存在的现状进行了阐述,通过应用元认知策略达到最终提高学习者的学习兴趣的成效。
