由于153Sm有较为理想的射线和较短的半衰期,同时EDTMP有较好的趋骨性和亲肿瘤性,故153Sm-EDTMP已成为核素内介入法时,运用最多的放射性药物。准确计算出红骨髓以及其它骨组织的吸收剂量的方法,是建立安全、有效治疗方案的重要组成部分。由于计算内照射吸收剂量的公式较为繁杂,且数据较多,因此本文应用FoxBASE自编应用程序对辐射剂量进行计算及初步分析。
Because 153Sm has a more ideal radiation and shorter half-life, while EDTMP has good prolapsed and pro-neoplastic nature, 153Sm-EDTMP has become the most widely used radiopharmaceutical when intervening in the nucleus. Accurately calculate the absorbed dose of red bone marrow and other bone tissue method is to establish a safe and effective treatment program an important part. Since the formula for calculating the absorbed dose of internal irradiation is more complicated and has more data, this article uses FoxBASE self-compiled application program to calculate and preliminary analysis of radiation dose.
