2009年新年伊始,由中国电视艺术委员会主办的上海文广新闻传媒集团艺术人文频道专家研讨会在国家广电总局举行,来自中宣部文艺局、国家广电总局主管部门、上海文广新闻传媒集团的领导、京沪两地的学者以及新闻媒体记者出席了会议。会议由中国电视艺术委员会副主任兼秘书长王丹彦主持。王丹彦在会上宣读了国家广电总局副局长胡占凡的书面发言。胡占凡在发言中指出,艺术人文频道坚守品位与格调,摒弃低俗,引领先进文化,体现了正确的舆论导向和主流媒体定位,体现了努力实践增强国家软实力的责任意识和文化自觉,代表了电视文艺节目未来的发展方向。上海艺术人文频道的开办,是上海文广新闻传媒集团深入学习科学发展观的具体实践,希望艺术人文频道这样坚持下去,做得更好。以下摘选部分与会领导和专家的发言,以飨读者。
From the beginning of 2009 to the new year, the seminar of art cultural channel of Shanghai Media Group, organized by China Television Arts Committee, was held by State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, Arts and Culture Bureau of Central Propaganda Department, Administration of State Administration of Radio Film and Television, Leaders, scholars from Beijing and Shanghai and journalists from the news media attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Wang Danyan, deputy director and secretary general of China Television Arts Committee. Wang Dan Yan read out at the meeting a written statement by Hu Zhanfan, deputy director of SARFT. Hu Zhanfan pointed out in his speech that the arts and humanities channel sticks to the taste and style, abandons the vulgarity, leads the advanced culture, reflects the correct direction of public opinion and the mainstream media, embodies the responsibility consciousness and cultural consciousness of practicing and enhancing the national soft power, and represents the television Future direction of the development of literary programs. The opening of the Shanghai Art Humanities Channel is a concrete practice of the Shanghai Media Group in studying in-depth study of the scientific concept of development.
