通过溶液浇铸法,制备出不同比例的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/海藻酸钠(SA)复合膜,比较了复合膜的形态,测定复合膜的溶胀率、透气率以及交联剂浓度对复合膜的吸水率的影响。结果表明,PVA∶SA为4∶1时,是一种均匀透明、表面光滑、富有弹性的复合膜;随着复合膜中PVA含量的增加,复合膜的吸水率和溶胀率增加;当CaCl2浓度为3%时,复合膜的吸水率最大,为551%。
The PVA / sodium alginate (SA) composite membranes with different proportions were prepared by solution casting. The morphology of the composite membranes was compared. The swelling ratio, air permeability and cross-linking agent concentration of the composite membranes were measured. The effect of water absorption. The results showed that PVA: SA was 4:1, which was a uniform and transparent composite film with smooth surface and high elasticity. The water absorption and swelling rate of the composite film increased with the increase of PVA content in the composite film. 3%, the maximum water absorption of the composite membrane, 551%.
