目的 :分析年龄因素对牙齿颜色的影响。方法 :采用 CIE1976L* a* b* 和 CIE193 1XYZ色度参数 ,应用人体牙齿颜色测量系统对 162名年龄在 2 0～ 73岁之间被测者的上下颌 194 4个前牙的颜色进行口内测量、分析。结果 :1牙齿颜色与年龄因素有关。除 b* 值、x值在切 1/ 3与年龄因素无明显相关外 ,其余指标在各个部位均与年龄因素呈明显相关 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 2 L*值、a*值与年龄呈负相关 ,随年龄增长牙冠明度下降 ,颜色趋于偏绿 ,且切、中、颈部位颜色变化一致。 b*值与年龄呈正相关 ,随年龄增长 ,中 1/ 3、颈 1/ 3颜色趋于偏黄 ,但切 1/ 3变化不明显 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :牙齿颜色随年龄增长呈现一定规律变化 ,随年龄增加 ,明度下降 ,牙齿趋于偏黄、绿 ,但黄、蓝色相在不同的部位变化不一致。
Objective: To analyze the influence of age on tooth color. Methods: CIE1976L * a * b * and CIE193 1XYZ colorimetric parameters were used to measure the color of 194 4 anterior teeth of 162 upper and lower jaws of 162 aged 20 ~ 73 years old using the dental color measurement system ,analysis. Results: 1 tooth color and age factors. Except for the b * value, the value of x was not significantly related to the age factor at 1/3, while the other indicators were significantly related to age at all sites (P <0.05). 2 L * value, a * value was negatively correlated with age. With the increase of age, the brightness of the crown decreased, the color tended to be green, and the change of the color of the cut, middle and neck parts was consistent. The b * value was positively correlated with age. With age, 1/3 of the neck and 1/3 of the neck tended to be yellowish, but the change of 1/3 was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The color of teeth shows a regular change with age. With the increase of age, the lightness declines, the teeth tend to be yellowish green and green, but the changes of yellow and blue are inconsistent in different parts.
