随着铁路12306平台互联网售票的普及,铁路售票组织方式发生了革命性的变革,以传统人工售票为主的铁路客票代售业务在“互联网+”的售票新模式下迅速萎缩,几乎被彻底边缘化,业务转型势在必行。以浙江地区客票代售业务的经营为例,从优化既有代售点规模配比、发展电商平台客票延伸服务、建立车票配送体系等途径探究客票代售业务的转型之路。
With the popularization of Internet ticket sales on the 12306 platform of the railway, the railway ticketing organization has undergone revolutionary changes. The railway ticketing business based on traditional artificial ticket sales has rapidly shrunk under the new booking mode of “Internet + ” Completely marginalized, business transformation is imperative. Taking the operation of ticketing business in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper explores the transformation of ticket ticketing business from the perspective of optimizing the scale of sales outlets, extending ticket service for e-commerce platform, and establishing ticket delivery system.
