目的探讨四川凉山彝族自治州汉族居民2型糖尿病与脂联素基因第2外显子第45位+45T/G单核苷酸多态性的关联及2型糖尿病危险因素。方法采用病例-对照研究方法,利用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RELP)技术,对2型糖尿病病例组与对照组进行SNP 45基因型检测,并测定身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖及血脂等指标。结果 SNP 45 TT、TG、GG基因型在病例组和对照组的频率分别为57.52%、35.29%、7.19%和55.70%、39.24%5、.06%;T,G等位基因在病例组和对照组的频率分别为75.16%、24.84%和75.32%2、4.68%,2组基因型频率与等位基因频率比较差异均无统计学意义;非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,体质指数和糖尿病家族史是凉山州汉族居民2型糖尿病的危险因素。结论脂联素基因SNP 45多态性与凉山州汉族居民2型糖尿病的关联尚不确定。
Objective To investigate the association of type 2 diabetes mellitus with 45T + 45T / G SNP in exon 2 of Han nationality in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province and risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The genotypes of SNP 45 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and control subjects were detected by case-control study using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RELP) , Blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and blood lipids and other indicators. Results The frequencies of SNP 45 TT, TG and GG genotypes in cases and controls were 57.52%, 35.29%, 7.19% and 55.70%, 39.24%, 5.06% The frequency of the control group was 75.16%, 24.84% and 75.32%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two genotype frequencies and allele frequencies. The non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that body mass index and diabetes family History is a risk factor for Type 2 diabetes among Han residents in Liangshan Prefecture. Conclusion The association between SNP 45 polymorphism of adiponectin and type 2 diabetes in Han nationality in Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture is uncertain.
