曾听华东师大的一位教授这样说过:教师毕业1至3年是职业求生期,3年至退休是职业适应期,5年至退休是职业成熟期,10年至退休是专业成长期。现在的大部分教师已经到了专业成长期的最佳时期,但是很多教师好像走到了职业人生的岔路口,茫然不知所措地走到了教书匠的高原期——工作毫无头绪、缺乏动力、反复重复着自己低效而毫无创新的工作,从而产生严重的职业倦怠。那么,怎样才能重新点然教师们心中激情的火种,实现专业的不断发展呢?

Most teachers nowadays have reached the best period of professional growth, but many teachers seem to have come to the fork in professional life and are at a loss to the book-keeper’s plateau - work has no clue, lack of motivation, repeated repetition Inefficient and non-innovative work, resulting in serious job burnout. So, how can we re-point the fire of teachers in the heart of passion, to achieve continuous professional development?
