现实社会生活中有不少缺德的人和事,诸如坑、蒙、拐、骗、欺、诈、勒、索、假、冒、伪、劣等等。就医药行业而言也不乏种种。如某中药药材市场,假冒药材屡禁不止;某医药批发部门购销假药,明知故犯;某制药厂有加工假药苗头;还有些销售人员、采购人员唯利是图,不择手段,行贿受贿,私吞回扣,搞不正当竞争。出现这些问题的原因是多方面的,但职业道德淡化,不重视道德教育,则是一个重要原因,因此,笔者认为,当前在强调加强思想政治工作中,尤其要注意抓好职业道德教育,为此,本文就加强社会主义职业道德教育的重要性谈些看法,以呼唤人们共识,引起各级领导同志的重视,切实抓一抓职业道德教育。 There are many unscrupulous people and things in real life, such as pit, monstrous, abducting, cheating, bullying, fraud, levying, fake, faking, fake, inferior and so on. There are many reasons for the emergence of these problems, but one of the important reasons is the desalination of professional ethics and the lack of attention to moral education. Therefore, I believe that at present the emphasis on strengthening ideological and political work should pay particular attention to the education of professional ethics. Therefore, this article makes some comments on the importance of strengthening the education of socialism professional morals in order to call people’s consensus, arouse the attention of leaders at all levels and earnestly grasp the education of professional ethics.
