已知细辛(Asiasarum sieboldi)根的甲醇提取物具有抗过敏作用。本中根据生物活性引导分离,从提取物中分离得到8种活性成分。①以被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)的检测作为指导。取甲醇提取物以Diaion HP-20和硅胶柱层析,结果己烷提取物的每一组分均具有抑制作用。组分HW,H_4OM,HM和HA也呈现抗PCA怍用。尤其HM和HA组分比正己烷组分更育效。口服500mg/kg的刺量,呈现明显的抑制作用。根据生物活性引导,从这些组分中,分离到3种苯丙烷化合物(甲基丁香油酚,榄香脂
It is known that the methanol extract of asiasarum sieboldi root has an antiallergic effect. In this study, eight active ingredients were isolated from the extract based on biological activity. 1 As a guide to the detection of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA). The methanol extract was subjected to column chromatography on Diaion HP-20 and silica gel. As a result, each component of the hexane extract had an inhibitory effect. The components HW, H_4OM, HM and HA also show resistance to PCA. In particular, the HM and HA components are more effective than the n-hexane component. Oral 500mg/kg thorns, showing significant inhibition. According to the biological activity guidance, 3 kinds of phenylpropane compounds (methyl eugenol, Lam balm) were isolated from these components.
