前红松(Pinus prokoraiensis Zhao,Luet Gu)是1990年命名的新种,它与红松有明显的差异。本文对前红松与红松的木材电镜结构、同工酶活性以及叶绿体、线粒体和核基因组进行了比较研究。结果发现:前红松管胞分子内壁具螺纹加厚;二者的POD和SOD同工酶活性有所差异;并且,叶绿体、线粒体和染色体的rbcL,nad5和4cl基因都有一定的差别。这进一步表明前红松与红松是两个不同的种。
Pinus prokoraiensis Zhao (Luet Gu) is a new species named in 1990, which is obviously different from that of Korean pine. In this paper, the electron microscopic structure, isoenzyme activity and the chloroplast, mitochondria and nuclear genomes of Pinus koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis were compared. The results showed that the inner wall of the former Pinus tomentosa was thickened; the activities of POD and SOD were different; and there were some differences between rbcL, nad5 and 4cl genes in chloroplast, mitochondria and chromosome. This further indicates that the Korean pine and Korean pine are two different species.
