机床运转时对支承结构所产生的扰力(动载荷)是支承结构动力计算中的原始依据。它的大小一般应由该机床的设计部门或生产厂的根据工艺参数及机构原理等资料作理论计算后提供。大动性能机床(一般指标准扰力值在300公斤以上)其扰力对设备基础或楼盖强度起主要影响,通过上述计算确定是完全必要的。但是对大量的可以直接安装在地坪或多层厂房楼盖上的中小型机床,特别是那些5吨以下的精密加工金属切削机床运转时产生的振动扰力,一般生产厂均不提供,而机床的运动规律又比较复杂,也很难通过理论计算获得。本文介绍一种简易的机床扰力测试方法。通过近年来的实践证明效果较好。
