户外媒体的超级巨无霸中国儿童少年基金会推出的大型社会公益项目——“安康计划”是一项让儿童少年安全、健康成长的公益事业。“安康宣传栏”是此计划的先导项目,19个国家相关部委和社会团体为此联合发文。为广泛募集建设资金,国家工商行政管理总局特批准“安康宣传栏”采取公益广告和商业广告相结合的运作方式。为提升全社会广泛群体对少年儿童成长的关注度,计划利用三年时间在全国各大城市建设60000个“安康宣传栏”,形成一个最广泛的、具有强势覆盖力的全国户外媒体发布网络,其广告发布总面积将超出50万平方米,将成为名符其实的户外传媒巨无霸。
