近几年来,浙江经齐发展迅猛,全省的用电需求也连续多年快速增长,在2005乃至今后一段时期内,浙江省的电力供需矛盾更加突出,电力缺口不断扩大,呈现出持续深度缺电的特征。与之相应的电源建设则明显跟不上电力需求的增长,据统计,2000年浙江统调总机容量9616.0MW,至2003年仅啬到10835.8MW,年增长仅4.06%明显跟不上电需求的增长,一定程度上制刹约了浙汉省好济发展。就如何解决电力长期短缺,如何结合省电力公司“十一五”规划和长三角一体化发展战略,依靠技术创新促进浙江电网的可持续发展等问题,本刊主编专访, 浙江省电力公司张怀宇工程师。现将专访摘录刊出,以飨读者。
