一年一度的“双争”评比,必然留给我们很多启示与思考。评比过后,进行些深层思索,并将其上升为理性的东西,使之成为今后工作的借鉴,更具有实践意义。找足了成绩,还须找出规律,在努力挖掘对今后工作有指导价值的东西上下功夫,才能提高“双争”活动的格调和质量。调查中发现,个别“先进单位”之所以因人员调整、任务转换而不能继续保持荣誉,甚至走了下坡路,根本原因就在于没有遵循基层建设规律抓工作。一个单位取得的成绩,原因固然很多,但有一点是肯定的,那
