校企合作是高职院校培养高素质、高技能应用型人才的重要方式,但其在实施过程中也存在着许多瓶颈问题。本文试图通过分析校企合作下高职院校酒店管理专业学生在顶岗实习过程中可能出现的心理问题,探讨解决学生心理问题的方式,旨在促进高职院校酒店管理专业人才培养目标的实现,推动校企合作的深度发展。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way to train high-quality and highly-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many bottlenecks in the process of implementation.
