制造业是当前国民经济的主导力量,技能人才是制造业发展的重要影响因素,而技能人才的劳动关系的影响因素则决定了制造业的发展。制造业技能人才劳动关系的影响因素的研究,从人力资源的角度反映出劳动关系对于制造业产业发展的重要影响。
Manufacturing is the dominant force in the current national economy. Skilled talented people are the important influencing factors in the development of manufacturing industry, while the influencing factors in the labor relations of skilled talented people determine the development of manufacturing industry. The research on the influencing factors of the labor relations of manufacturing skilled personnel reflects the important influence of labor relations on the development of manufacturing industry from the perspective of human resources.
