研究了一种相似三角形异构双缸串联调平机构,发现当被动调平油缸与主动调平油缸缸径比的平方等于相似比时,调平误差和调平油缸受力满足设计要求。最后,将此机构铰点布置概括为有约束非线性多目标数学规划问题,以调平误差和调平油缸受力为目标函数建立数学模型,应用MATLAB优化工具箱中fgoalattain函数进行多目标优化设计。
A similar triangular isometric twin cylinder series leveling mechanism is studied. It is found that when the square of the ratio of the cylinder of the passive leveling cylinder to the active leveling cylinder is equal to the similar ratio, the leveling error and the level of the leveling cylinder can meet the design requirements. Finally, this paper summarizes the hinge point layout of this mechanism as constrained non-linear multi-objective mathematical programming problem, sets up the mathematical model with leveling error and leveling cylinder force as the objective function, and uses the fgoalattain function in MATLAB optimization toolbox to carry out multi-objective optimization design .
