随着教育改革的深入和教育国际化的需求,在小学开展双语教学已被教育界内外的各界人士所认识并接受。双语教师是双语教学的具体实施者,其综合素质是影响双语教学质量的关键因素。本文分析了目前小学双语教学师资队伍的现状及存在的问题,对加强小学双语师资队伍建设,从而稳步推动我国小学双语教学发展进行了初步的研究与探索。
With the deepening of education reform and the internationalization of education, bilingual education in primary schools has been recognized and accepted by people from all walks of life both inside and outside the education circle. Bilingual teachers are the specific implementers of bilingual teaching. The overall quality of bilingual teachers is a key factor that influences the quality of bilingual teaching. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the current bilingual teaching teachers in elementary schools, and conducts a preliminary study and exploration on how to strengthen the construction of bilingual teachers in primary schools so as to steadily promote the development of bilingual education in elementary schools in our country.
