在机械化采煤中,用以连接圆环链的连接环是采煤机械中的易损件,消耗量很大。这种矿用连接环是我厂的一项主要产品,1987年计划产量是50万件。原来热处理一直延用传统的箱式炉加热淬火,致使这项产品的生产效率受到限制,工人劳动强度高,质量不稳定,耗电严重。为解决连接环生产中的这些问题,1986年以来,我们进行了连接环中频加热淬火的工艺试验,取得了满意的结果,现已投入生产。
In mechanized coal mining, the connecting ring used to connect the circular chain is a consumable part in coal mining machinery, which consumes a lot of energy. This mine connection ring is a major product of our plant, with a projected production of 500,000 pieces in 1987. The original heat treatment has been extended with the traditional box furnace heating quenching, resulting in the production efficiency of the product is limited, workers labor-intensive, unstable quality, serious power consumption. To solve these problems in the production of connecting rings, since 1986, we have carried out the process test of connecting ring intermediate frequency heating and quenching and achieved satisfactory results and has been put into production.
