护理教育要摆脱以前短期培训的模式,走向科学化系统化。为了达到教与学的优化配合,我们要改进课程安排,加强专职教师和临床带课教师共同指导下的学生的学习。
Nursing education should get rid of the mode of short-term training before and be scientific and systematic. In order to achieve the optimal combination of teaching and learning, we should improve the curriculum and enhance the learning of students under the joint guidance of full-time teachers and clinical teachers.
