21世纪课例研修已经成为促进教师专业发展的重要的校本研修形式之一,近年来,全国各地中小学骨干教师培训中,各学科陆续开展了以课例研修为主要任务的影子培训。依托课例研究,开展课例研修,是促进教师专业发展的新兴“研修”项目。目前,可供信息技术学科教师参考的学科课例研修案例屈指可数,这方面的研究尤为重要。本文从信息技术学科教师实践案例出发,结合“如何确定课例研修主题、制订观测量表、教学设计要点、教学反思”四个要点探究课例研修的过程和方法,以此作为促进教师专业发展有意义的探索,以期对其它学科有一定的借鉴价值。
In the last few years, the training of key teachers in primary and secondary schools in all parts of the country has successively carried out the shadow training with the main task of course study as subject training in various disciplines.
