MMP- 9为基质金属蛋白酶家族中的一员 ,其作用底物为细胞外基质和基底膜中的 型胶原。大量研究表明 ,MMP- 9在多种恶性肿瘤中呈现过表达 ,并因此被认为在恶性肿瘤的浸润转移中扮演重要角色。MMP- 9的结构已研究清楚 ,在其 5′侧翼调控区鉴定出许多重要的顺式作用元件 ,提示其表达调控机制是十分复杂的。近年来针对恶性肿瘤中 MMP- 9表达调控机制特点开展了许多研究 ,并取得了一些重要进展。
MMP-9 is a member of the matrix metalloproteinase family, the role of substrate for the extracellular matrix and basal membrane collagen type. Numerous studies have shown that MMP-9 is overexpressed in a variety of malignancies and is therefore believed to play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. The structure of MMP-9 has been studied clearly, and many important cis-acting elements have been identified in its 5 ’flanking regulatory region, suggesting that the regulatory mechanism of MMP-9 is very complex. In recent years, many studies have been carried out on the regulatory mechanism of MMP-9 in malignant tumors, and some important advances have been made.
