非接触性眼压计与Goldmann眼压计测量值的对比分析

2002年1至6月,我院眼科门诊诊治可疑青光眼3 275例、6 520眼,2～73岁 ,其中男1 265例,女2 012例,从中选择60例,男18例,女42例使用两种眼压计分别测量眼压 ,分析测量值的准确性.

2002年1至6月,我院眼科门诊诊治可疑青光眼3 275例、6 520眼,2～73岁 ,其中男1 265例,女2 012例,从中选择60例,男18例,女42例使用两种眼压计分别测量眼压 ,分析测量值的准确性.非接触眼压计(NCT)是通过定量气流脉冲压平角膜,由电子监控系统检测角膜压平到3.6mm2时的眼压数据,受检者每次自动连续测量3次取平均值,间隔1 0min后用压平眼压计(Goldmann)测量眼压作标准对照.
