针对U75V钢轨在曲线段使用一段时间后发生鱼鳞伤损及剥离掉块缺陷的情况,对其进行化学成分、力学性能、金相和扫描电镜检测分析。结果表明,伤损与钢轨的性能质量无关,鱼鳞伤及剥离掉块是轮轨受较大接触应力下产生的滚动接触疲劳损伤。通过优化轮轨型面、设置欠超高、及时打磨和涂油、合理选轨等措施可以减少滚动接触疲劳损伤的产生。
The chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the damage of scale and peel-off of the U75V rail after it was used for some time in the curved section. The results show that the damage is not related to the quality of the rail, and the scale damage and peeling off are the rolling contact fatigue damage caused by the large contact stress on the wheel-rail. Rolling contact fatigue damage can be reduced by optimizing the wheel and rail profile, setting under-high, timely grinding and oiling, and selecting the proper track.
