内燃机配件中各种凸轮轴套和连杆轴套,以前都采用整体式铸造钖青铜,由于铸造钖青铜存在着铸造缺陷严重,成品率55~60%,耗钢量大,成本高。铸造铜套还存在着强度低,脆易碎裂,使用寿命低,经济效益差。而利用双层金属复合钢板卷制成型的各种薄壁轴套具有强度高,有韧性不易碎裂,使用寿命长;耗材料少,成品率可达90%以上,成本低,经济效益好。随着内燃机的不断发展,各种轴套的负荷也不断地加大,内燃机单位功率重量要求越来越降低,结构趋向紧奏,要求各种轴套向着薄壁方向发展,用双层金属复合薄板卷制成型的各种轴套正好适应这个方向发展的需要。 我厂生产的各种薄壁轴套都是分别用20高钖铝双层金属复合板;铜铅合金双层金属复合板和铝硅合金双层金属复合板卷制成型的各种薄壁轴套。根据各种轴套的不同用途,选择不同的双层金属复合钢板。一般凸轮轴套选用20高钖铝复合钢板;连杆轴套选用铜铅合金或者铝硅合金复合钢板。 二、薄壁轴套卷制成型工艺分析 我国用双层金属复合薄板卷制成型的各种轴套的工艺基本相似,工艺流程,详见(表1)。
