金属切削机床的主轴箱(或床头箱、变速箱)和进给箱中,采用双公用齿轮变速机构传动的越来越多了。本文从一般采用双公用齿轮变速机构传动的角度出发,推导出双公用齿轮传动的相关传动付的速比公式。在此基础上,首先对采用非变位的双公用齿轮变速机构传动付的速比,根据相关作图原理,给出足够多的参数值(实际有用的),藉助电子计算机的帮助,作出非变位的双公用齿轮传动计算相关速比的线图来,以此指导设计计算工作,并为一般传动(变位齿轮传动)计算线图的建立和变速系统的优化设计打下基础。
